*Dancers with limited income or facing financial hardship may apply for a work scholarship which offers $50 towards the price of the full weekend. The last day to apply is September 20, 2025. Please contact us at ChicagolandECD@gmail.com before you fill out the registration form.

Non-dancers are welcome to watch and listen during the dances Friday and Saturday evening and Sunday afternoon. Donations are encouraged.

COVID vaccinations and boosters are recommended but no longer required. Masking is optional. However, we do require all participants to take a rapid antigen test within the day before coming to their first event of the weekend and bring or photograph the results. Participants must also agree to the terms and conditions on the registration form.

We reserve the right to adjust these conditions if required.

Registration may be cancelled for full refund up until September 27, 2025, or in the case of a positive COVID test.

• The registration form, through Zeffy, includes credit card payment or direct bank ACH options. There is an option to donate to cover the cost (3 to 5%) of processing your payment, but it is not required.
